This traditional Yang Style Long Form emphasizes the inner structure of Tai Chi – focusing on how chi flows through the body and how energy is transmitted from the ground through the bone structure. The form contains all of the essential movements of Tai Chi, creating a complete and balanced practice.

If you’re looking to reduce stress and anxiety, improve flexibility and balance, and cultivate a greater sense of calm, Tai Chi (TIE-CHEE) may be exactly what you need.

Originally developed for self-defense, Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful, low-impact form of exercise used for stress reduction and overall wellness. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
