Join Alena for a special 90-minute seasonal Yin practice designed to honor spring’s spirit of renewal and growth. This extended session offers extra time to slow down and move mindfully, with an exploration of posture and breath awareness throughout. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, the practice will focus on harmonizing the Wood element to support smooth energy flow.
Poses will be held for up to five minutes with plenty of prop support, encouraging a gentle release of deep tension within the connective tissues. Enjoy familiar Yin shapes along with a few new or more challenging variations, guided breathwork, and an extended savasana for deep relaxation. Perfect for beginners and experienced Yin practitioners alike.
